I bought cheddar cheese bread and a pastry. With a 20% discount, it cost less than 10,000 won. Inside the store, deck ovens were visible, and the aisles where the bread was displayed were narrow. There were many breads with fresh shapes and creative designs. The crust was crispy, so they came out with a lot of crumbs. Generally, the sweetness was strong, although there were some that were not sweet. Korean bakeries cater to mass tastes. The ideas are good, but the taste is hit or miss. Because the shop is small, the staff, customers, and front-of-house employees are all very busy and in close proximity. Service comes from the space. Humans are creatures of their environment.
