韓国で四代続くククス(温素麺)とユスク(蒸し豚)の専門店。獣を感じる豚肉は柔らかく、脂は甘い。ユスクは豚の煮汁を使用し、味わいがある。ぜひ行くべき店。

Rainy Day. I wanted to eat warm noodles and meat. Pyeongsanok is said to have first opened in 1890. It is a legendary long-established store that has been in the family business for over 100 years and 4 generations. The store building has changed and changed, but I think the spirit will remain. Watching the raindrops forming and disappearing outside the train window as the rainy season begins... 'When I arrive in Busan, I should eat warm noodles. I thought that it would be better if there was well-boiled meat.. Then it's a flat house.. Light and chewy pork and a pair of chopsticks of plain noodles.. This is enough for lunch on a rainy day. Jilgeumjang, the house's special sauce with malt and secret sauce, enhances the taste of the pork with sourness and subtle sweetness. However, marketing that captures 100 years of history... no!. Then you can wait for a while when you want to go..ㅠ . .
