ホテルの近くという事もあり利用しました。日本人率少なめ。11時前から並んでましたが、直ぐに満席。人気なんですね。お店の方は全くフレンドリーではなかったかな。冷麺を注文しましたが、あまり美味しいとは思わなかった。ミシュランあてにならないね。. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000

平壌冷麺を食べたくて、伺いました。お味は、優しい味で酢を入れて食べます。マンドゥも食べましたが、全体的に味が、薄かったかなと思います。 立体駐車場の奥にあるので、少し迷いますが、人が並んでいるので、分かるかと思います。 ごちそうさまでした。. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000

Pyongyang Myeonok is a Pyongyang-style cold noodle restaurant that has been carrying on the tradition of a noodle shop for three generations. It's considered the origin of the "Jangchung-dong style" Pyongyang cold noodles, often regarded as the pinnacle of this type of dish. On the day I visited, perhaps due to the sudden cold weather, I was able to get a table immediately without waiting during lunchtime. However, given its reputation as a famous old establishment, some waiting time should be expected. It's also a restaurant that consistently features in the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand. The Pyongyang cold noodles are light and subtle, with a clear, transparent broth and buckwheat noodles that have a strong grain flavor. The toppings include half a boiled egg, some green onions, cucumber, pickled radish, and thinly sliced beef and pork. The Pyongyang-style dumplings I had with the noodles were also delicious and subtly flavored.
