I stumbled upon 포맨티코 while looking for a good pho spot near Busan National University, and it did not disappoint! The moment I stepped inside, I was charmed by the cozy atmosphere—it felt like being in a quaint French home. The pho, made using a special pot-au-feu method by the experienced owner-chef, was truly unique. The broth was rich, and the portions of meat were generous, making every bite enjoyable until the very last noodle. It's a popular spot, so expect a wait during lunch hours, but trust me, it’s worth it! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
