Such a hidden gem in Hongdae! My friend brought me here, and I probably never would have found it on my own because it's tucked away just off the busy street. The pho was absolutely delicious, and the pork with rice was just as good. We also had a few drinks, making it the perfect spot to relax after exploring Hongdae. I also loved that it was air-conditioned and surprisingly quiet, even though it's only steps away from all the crowds. I'll definitely be coming back! My husband and I were craving for Vietnamese food so we visited Pho Ong Nam in Hongdae. We had such a great experience here! The portions are very generous, and every dish was packed with flavor. The beef soup was rich and comforting, the rice noodles were delicious, and the pork & veggie rice noodles are definitely a must-try. The fresh spring rolls tasted almost exactly like the ones we had in Vietnam, which made the experience even more authentic. The staff and owner were incredibly kind and welcoming. We'll definitely be back! If you're visiting Hongdae, save this spot and give it a try. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the warm hospitality makes the experience even better. I recently visited Pho Ong Nam Hongdae 포옹남 홍대 and it was such a great find in the Hongdae area! The pho was incredibly flavorful — rich, comforting broth with generous portions and perfectly cooked noodles. You can really taste the authenticity in every bite. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the food came out quickly even though the place was quite busy. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality and portion size, which makes it even more worth it. The cozy atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for a casual meal while exploring Hongdae. If you’re craving Vietnamese food, this place is definitely a must-visit. I’ll be coming back for sure! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
