Me and my family had 2 Vietnamese pancakes and the beef pho. The pancakes were super crispy, the shrimp was fresh and the beef was tender. The pancakes were served with light chili dipping sauce, lettuce, rice paper and pickled carrots, so that you can make summer rolls, which are very refreshing and light but still fulfilling. The pho was made with super flavorful bone broth. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Seoul. If you're looking for some non-Korean food, give this place a try! Love an unexpected find. Hidden down an alleyway in Seongsu-dong, I wasn’t expecting much but inside was an elevated take on the classic Vietnamese eatery. Think New York in its heyday—cool without trying, with Viet-Korean influences that somehow just work. The flavours, the space, the attention to detail everything hit. Hands down my favourite pho in Korea—and honestly, one of the best I’ve had anywhere. That’s saying a lot coming from someone from Hanoi. The waiter, who spoke excellent English, helped us order. Our phones showed the menu in english but we couldn't complete the final section. Chicken Pho (chicken was incredibly tender and delicious), Fried Pork Rice Bowl, lemonade and iced hibiscus & lemon came to just over £20. This is a hidden gem in an unassuming alley. Busy with locals. Food was absolutely delicious. Staff are very friendly, atmosphere modern and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and experience. Would recommend.
