Four Inch Tiger Coffee Studio is a lovely shop offering multiple bean varieties for filter coffee / hand brew / pour over. The owner personally made my Honduran geisha and presented me with a card bearing the description of the beans as well as the specific brewing parameters he used for my cup. Near the Holiday Inn and the G Tower, I did not originally find this when I searched Google Maps for specialty coffee. I’m lucky I happened to walk by.
