A great spot to visit when you're in Gangneung but craving meat instead of sashimi. It’s a local BBQ restaurant that has been around since 1998, featuring a spacious parking lot and a clean, recently remodeled building. There was plenty of seating inside, so we had a relaxed dining experience. Their signature dishes are Fresh Galbi (non-marinated ribs) and Marinated Galbi. Make sure to eat the Fresh Galbi first. The sweetness of the marinated ribs is strong, so if you eat them first, it’s hard to fully appreciate the natural flavor of the fresh meat later. The meat quality itself is excellent. However, the service is very hands-off; you have to refill side dishes yourself, and the staff doesn't proactively clear empty plates, so you have to be a bit diligent while eating. I plan to visit again the next time I crave meat in Gangneung. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
