On multiple occasions, I've noticed that Pimac House tends to be particularly crowded during late-night hours, which suggests that it’s a popular spot, especially among night owls. With this in mind, I decided to give it a try and ordered a pizza along with a plate of nachos. Starting with the pizza, I was impressed by its size, it was quite large, which is always a plus. The taste, however, was merely satisfactory. It didn’t stand out in any significant way, lacking the robust flavors or unique qualities that could have made it memorable. It wasn’t bad by any means, but it didn’t leave a lasting impression. The nachos, unfortunately, were a disappointment. The corn chips, which should have been the star of the dish, were soggy and lacked the crispness that one expects from freshly made nachos. It seemed as though the chips might have been past their prime, possibly even beyond their best-before date. This made the overall experience with the nachos underwhelming, as the texture is a crucial element of the dish. On the brighter side, the service of drinks was prompt. The beers we ordered arrived quickly and were served chilled, which was appreciated. However, the food took quite some time to arrive at the table. Given the crowded nature of the establishment, I can understand a slight delay, but the wait was longer than expected and detracted from the overall experience. In summary, while Pimac House has the potential to be a great late-night hangout spot due to its popularity and quick drink service, the quality of the food and the long wait times leave much to be desired.
