Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The flavor of the malatang soup is delicious, but even when I ask the female staff member when paying the bill, she speaks informally to the customer. Isn't respect basic when dealing with customers regardless of their age? Is it normal to only speak informally to people who look younger than their age and to only speak politely to people who look older to everyone else? I heard that the owner is very friendly, but I think it would be a good idea to retrain the staff.
