During August 2025, we were a group of 27 French students in South Korea and we spent 3 days in Sokcho. One evening, we wanted to 27 pizzas. The employees were very scared but did their best to do our pizzas, and they succeeded and they were only 3 employees and the pizzas were delicious !! So that is why i recommend you this pizzeria ! And if I come back to sokcho one day, I will order pizzas again at Pizzalazza (but not 27 this time I promise). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ordered 2 pizzas to go; one that was half truffle mushroom & half pepperoni, one that was Margherita con buffalo pizza. There was some wait time but that was fine because there was a lot of people. They messed up on the shape of the mushroom+pepperoni pizza but they were very apologetic and it looked like it would still taste good (which it did!) and we wanted to leave soon so we were fine with it, plus they added some arugula as a service for the mistake. HOWEVER the other pizza was just a margherita pizza, even though we ordered a the margherita con buffalo they also almost forgot to give us the margherita pizza at all until i mentioned that we got 2 pizzas, not one also, the size of the pizza was smaller than online. the food did taste really great though! i would’ve called to complain but unfortunately i can’t because i have a foreign number Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 3 Service: 3

So sorry for that, and I get how you feel.I will do my utmost and make continuous improvements.You can always complain to me if you had dissatisfaction!Even if you are a foreigner!And I would do my best to solve them:) plus, it’s hard to know by picture if the cheese is buffalo or not, and Buffalo’s cheese is little more yellowish than caw’s cheese.
