PP Coffee Seoul has a very distinct personality the moment you walk in — the whole space feels like an “open engine,” where nothing is really hidden. You can see the workflow, the bar setup, the movement of the baristas, and how everything connects, almost like watching a machine run in real time. It’s industrial but not cold — more intentional than aesthetic for the sake of it. The layout makes the experience feel a bit more alive, like you’re part of the process rather than just sitting in a café. Coffee-wise, it was solid but not something I’d go out of my way for. Very serviceable — clean, well-executed, no obvious flaws, but also not particularly memorable. It does the job well enough to support the space, which honestly feels like the main draw here. You come for the environment and the concept, and the coffee plays its role without trying to steal the spotlight. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
