I used to go there often when there was a Hanoi branch in Sinchon, but I was very disappointed when it disappeared, so I visited another branch for the first time in a long time. Hanoi Star has a different taste of rice noodles, which is unique to Hanoi Star, but sometimes I miss the taste of the soup and visit. The rice noodles and meat tasted good. Cotton refills are possible. The hot sauce seems to be different in each branch in Hanoi (the old Sinchon and this place had similar hot sauces, Yeonnam-dong and Sookmyung University had similar hot sauces), but I like Sinchon hot sauce, and this place is similar. If it's close by, it's a house I'll visit often.
