Had a great Hanwoo meal at Hadan-dong in Busan. They use 1++ beef, which is the top grade in Korea. We got the Chef's Half Course Set for two—it came with five cuts: tenderloin, rib finger, chuck flap tail, chuck flap, and premium sirloin. The staff were really nice. They walked us through how to eat each cut and took their time grilling everything for us. The place itself felt upscale but still cozy and welcoming, not stiff at all. And the portions were solid—two of us left perfectly full. Overall a really good experience.
