The dumpling wrappers are thin, and the ratio of meat to vegetables is just right, so the flavor isn’t greasy. The size is a bit smaller than regular dumplings, making them easy to eat in one bite. The portion is generous for the price. Also, they are easy to digest after eating. They taste good even when eaten after they’ve cooled down.
