ある在韓日本人の方の記事を読んで来店。 少し狭めのお店であるため、少し待って入ることができた。 プデチゲオーダーした後すぐにでてきた。 ご飯もデフォでついてくるのは嬉しい。 プデチゲ自体は少し辛めだが、旨みあるソーセージと共に箸がよく進む。 煮詰めていくとともに味も凝縮されて個人的にはどんどんうまくなっていく感じ。 ここは日本人がほぼ来ないぽく、翻訳アプリを使ってコミュニケーションをとったが、美味しいとお伝えするとめちゃ笑ってくれてほっこり。 また機会あれば来たいなぁ。

In addition, it shows the taste that clearly shows what the standard of Budaejjigae is, rather than the ever-changing taste of adding this and that. The variety of ingredients may be lacking, but you can enjoy the best taste with only the original and basic ingredients that should go into Budaejjigae. In addition, stir-fried pork is not like a school meal with only soup, but stir-fried pork with thick seasoning without soup like grilled over charcoal.
