If you’re a fan of high-quality beef, you have to try Mungtigi (Korean beef sashimi). This place is a hidden gem because they only serve beef from cattle slaughtered on the same day. You can truly taste the difference in freshness, it’s on a whole different level! Finding authentic Mungtigi like this is quite difficult even in Seoul, so it’s a very special culinary experience. The texture is incredibly firm and chewy, and because it's so fresh, there is no gamey smell at all. I especially loved the deep red color and how well it paired with the special dipping sauce provided. If you want to experience a unique, premium side of Korean cuisine beyond just BBQ, I highly recommend this Mungtigi. Probably the best raw beef bibimbap in Seoul. This may not be a place for foreigners but highly recommendable for its great food. Located in B1 level. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000
