清潔。キムチは美味しいけれどもソルロンタンの味は他店との違いは分からない。肉の量も変わらない。スープの白色はクリープだろうか？こんなこと聞いたら店の人は怒るに違いない。10000WON。昼前に開店。

It may look a little old fashioned and perhaps not as stylish as some of the newer restaurants in Seoul, but that is exactly what makes this place special. This is the kind of restaurant where you can experience the honest, traditional flavors of Korea simple, natural, and made with years of dedication and patience. If you are visiting Korea, I highly recommend coming here at least once to experience a taste of Korean food that has been passed down through generations. There is something very authentic about sitting down to a bowl of hot seolleongtang and realizing that this is the kind of food Koreans have enjoyed for hundreds of years. The highlight is definitely the incredibly rich and deep Hanwoo beef broth. It is not overly complicated or heavily seasoned. Instead, the natural flavor of the beef and the long, slow cooking process create a wonderfully deep and comforting taste. The boiled Hanwoo beef slices served with the seolleongtang are also excellent tender, flavorful, and perfect with a little salt. But there is one important rule: you absolutely have to eat it with the kimchi and kkakdug! And don't be shy with the green onions. Add plenty of them to your soup and mix everything together. The combination of the rich beef broth, tender beef, fresh green onions, spicy kimchi, and crunchy kkakdugi is what makes the experience complete. It may not be fancy, modern, or trendy, but it doesn't need to be. This is honest Korean food at its best simple, traditional, deeply comforting, and full of history.
