They were very busy but still very friendly, even for one person, like me. It was very hot day above 92F, I had no K phone number for wait list. The worker used his number to put me on the list. Waiting could be done on the rest area at the 2nd floor, was air conditioned and was a little museum with full of items from old days. The soup was just like from my childhood. If you like Korean style soup, this is the real one. One thing I noticed, the hall workers are all young Korean men, working very hard and friendly diligent.
