If you’re in Hongdae and looking for authentic Korean food with great drinks, I highly recommend Hanryang. The bulgogi was absolutely delicious — authentic, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The meat was tender and packed with a rich savory taste that paired so well with the side dishes. It felt like a genuine Korean dining experience from start to finish. The pork backbone soup was another highlight. The broth was rich, hearty, and full of depth, while the meat was incredibly tender and fell off the bone easily. It was comforting, satisfying, and perfect for sharing. For drinks, the black raspberry makgeolli wine highball was amazing. It had the perfect balance of sweetness and refreshment, with a unique fruity flavor that complemented the food so well.
