The girls working at the front desk in This Hongdae location of Holly cofffee are really welcoming and smiling all the way when they serve the drinks. From start, I was not sure whether it was because I was smiling ang saying a freindly hello to them first. But after several subsequent visits, i can see they are genuinely welcoming people visiting this place. I know from my experience Korean people do not smile to strangers even customers, keeping mostly expressionless neutral face. This place is exceptional i guess, maybe it is because it is in Hongdae district?? Anyway it seems that the owner and employees here clearly understand that the first lesson of 101 class of how to do cafe business is kind inviting smiling faces when serving the foods to customers. lots of koodos to all the hard working girls and boys at the serving counter! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
