Here, the chef cooks innovatively, and deals with the ingredients with heart. More importantly, the chef offers Korean reinterpretation of global cuisine. It's really cool, but it's also delicious. The Langset, chicken fricassee and beef tartare were all delicious. What I liked the most was that the owner kindly explained everything.
