Hapjeong Ok, a Michelin-selected restaurant specializing in gomtang, is amazing. The price is only 12,000 KRW, which is unbelievable for this quality — you won’t find better at this price. gm bib: Hapjeongok is a restaurant born of nostalgia. As there were reminiscing one day on the father-in-law's beef bone soup and boiled beef slice, he later suggested to his daughter-in-law that they should open a gomtang restaurant. The establishment stays true to the inspiration - deeply flavorful beef broth, rice rendered soft and sweet in the piping hot soup, tender slices of beef, and a generous serving of boiled offal. The restaurant's doenjang-based soup with Napa cabbage hearts is also a must try. Only around 100 portions of soup are served daily, so go early.
