Air con broken. In early August. They should have closed for the day. Won't be going again. Food is just ok. Go to Cafe Orle instead... Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I visited early in the morning to order coffee, and while the coffee itself was excellent, the customer service was very disappointing. The girl at the counter spoke so quickly when asking which beans we wanted that we couldn't understand her. When we politely asked her to repeat herself, her facial expression immediately changed. She seemed visibly annoyed and came across as passive-aggressive, making us feel like we were inconveniencing her simply by ordering. I'm not sure if it's a generational issue or just an individual attitude, but it was disappointing to experience such poor customer service. Good coffee is only part of the experience, and being treated with basic courtesy should be expected. It's a shame because they serve great coffee, but the unfriendly service left a lasting negative impression. Maybe they need to re-trained to be a little kinder when working in hospitality. 아침 일찍 커피를 주문하러 방문했습니다. 커피는 정말 맛있었지만, 직원의 응대는 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 카운터 직원분이 원두를 어떤 것으로 할지 너무 빠르게 말씀하셔서 잘 알아듣지 못했고, 다시 한 번 말씀해 달라고 정중하게 부탁드렸습니다. 그런데 그 순간 표정이 확 바뀌면서 매우 귀찮아하는 듯한 모습이었고, 전체적인 말투와 태도도 수동적으로 공격적(passive-aggressive)이라는 느낌을 받았습니다. 마치 저희가 커피를 주문하는 것 자체가 민폐인 것처럼 느껴져 불편했습니다. 단순히 바쁜 아침이었을 수도 있지만, 고객을 대하는 기본적인 친절은 필요하다고 생각합니다. 커피는 정말 훌륭한데 서비스가 그에 미치지 못해 아쉬웠습니다. 좋은 커피만큼 좋은 서비스도 함께했으면 더 좋은 카페가 될 것 같습니다. Customer service at Haewol café is excellent. Staff is welcoming. Food is tasty and beautifully presented. And the cappuccino is what we always come back for. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₩30,000–40,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
