I was worried about tourist traps in Jeju, but this place offers amazing value. We ordered the assorted sashimi, and it felt like a full course meal—from seafood platters to tempura and spicy fish stew. The Maeuntang (spicy stew) at the end had such a deep, refreshing flavor. This is a well-known spot in the Tapdong area, and it didn't disappoint. You can tell the tanks are well-maintained because the sashimi tastes exceptionally clean. Even the mackerel and hairtail sashimi weren't fishy at all—just rich and savory. Watching the planes fly over the ocean while eating was the highlight of my trip. I visited with my parents, and the ocean view from the window was absolutely breathtaking! The fish was thick-cut and incredibly fresh, offering a great texture. The side dishes (tsukidashi) kept coming until we were stuffed. Since it’s right in front of Tapdong Square, it was perfect for a post-dinner stroll. My parents were very impressed!
