We arrived at 11:50 a.m., and there was already a queue forming outside. Unfortunately, the only way to reserve a seat was through an app that required either sharing personal details with a third party or having a local Korean phone number—something many tourists wouldn’t have access to. Seeing us struggle with the process, a friendly server came out and kindly allowed us to enter straight away. The menu was presented, and we ordered the Simply Cheese (₩8,500) and Johnsonville Smoked (₩11,500) burgers. We upgraded both to combo meals (soda & fries) for an additional ₩5,000 each. We also added a side of onion rings (₩8,600). Although we were only the second customers to order, about half a dozen takeaway orders were prepared and served before ours. Considering the restaurant didn’t open until noon, it seemed clear that takeout orders were given priority. When our food was finally served, it looked very underwhelming—not quite matching the hype or presentation often seen online. The burgers were decent but nothing particularly special—certainly not worth the long queues of 20+ people waiting up to an hour outside. The onion rings were especially disappointing; they were the frozen variety, not freshly made, which felt underwhelming given the price.
