첫 방문했어요!️ 캐치테이블 예약하고 방문했어요 평일 점심 2만원대 오마카세인데도 재료 신선도가 고퀄리티로 정말 좋았어요! 참다랑어 도로, 숙성 참돔, 농어, 단새우, 안키모, 장어까지 구성이 알차고 한 점 한 점 개성이 느껴졌어요! 다찌 바는 총 6명까지만 앉을 수 있어요 셰프님도 친절하시고 분위기도 편해서 만족스러웠어요 구로 오마카세 맛집으로 추천하고 싶어요! 행복한점 덕분에 너무 행복한 점심이었어서, 다음에 또 오고 싶네요ㅋㅋ It was my first visit!️ I made a reservation through Catch Table and came by! Even though it’s a weekday lunch omakase in the 20,000 KRW range, the freshness and quality of the ingredients were truly impressive! From fatty tuna (otoro), aged red sea bream, sea bass, sweet shrimp, ankimo, to eel, the course was well-balanced and each piece had its own unique flavor! The chef was very kind, and the atmosphere was comfortable, which made the experience even better! I would definitely recommend this place as a great omakase spot in Guro! Felt a little lack of shape or detail, but I think it's a place where chef’s career and basics are fierce. It was confusing because the order of the pieces was very unique to the chef, but overall, it was a very casual and fun space. I've talked about the quality with my wife, but no matter how much I think about it, it's a little embarrassing to discuss the quality if it's about 39,000 won. I respect it because it is a place where the chef's unique personality and philosophy are revealed. Please stay healthy and hope your business go well.
