I had the pork cutlet at 허수아비 in Suwon and it was excellent. The pork was tender and juicy on the inside, while the coating was perfectly crispy and not greasy. The portion size was generous, and the meal was fresh and well prepared. The staff were friendly and the restaurant had a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a delicious pork cutlet in Suwon, I highly recommend giving this place a try. I'll definitely be coming back again!
