We also appreciate your honest thoughts about digital ordering and service, and we completely understand where you're coming from. Personally, we also value direct human interaction, so in some ways these changes feel a little unfortunate to us as well. However, in Korea especially, this shift toward digital systems is happening very quickly, and we are also in a position where we need to adapt to the changing times. That said, our team is always happy to help whenever guests call for assistance — whether it’s menu recommendations or any special requests.
