On my recent trip back to Busan, one place that left a lasting impression was a cozy little café called Hello Coffee! Hi Honey! Tucked away near the MRT station, it’s the kind of spot you stumble upon and instantly feel at home. The café is run by a lovely couple: the lady owner, a certified Le Cordon Bleu patisserie , showcases her talent through stunning cakes and an array of madeleines in unique flavors beautifully displayed at the counter. Her husband, a craft instructor, fills the space with creativity — especially candle crafts that add charm and character to the shop. We enjoyed excellent coffee, indulgent cakes, and of course, their signature madeleines. By the time we left, we had happily walked away with ten madeleines and a handcrafted candle. Beyond the food and crafts, what truly makes this café special is the owners’ warmth and hospitality. They make you feel more like a guest than a customer. If you ever find yourself wandering through Mangmi Alley in Busan, do yourself a favor and pay Hello Coffee! Hi Honey! a visit — it’s a delightful experience you won’t forget.
