The chicken had a really nice springy, tender bite to it, and the seasoning wasn’t overly spicy, so it was easy to enjoy. The owner cooks everything right in front of you on a iron griddle — kind of like Japanese teppanyaki. Just a heads-up: the sauce can splatter during cooking, so it’s a good idea to put on the apron they provide before you dig in. The dongchimi (radish water kimchi) that comes with the meal was great too, and the lettuce for wrapping is self-serve refill, which is always a nice touch. The owner was also super friendly and attentive — that left a real impression. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
