大変美味しい 東京から訪問。 お店が何時に開くのか？ 情報があまり無い中とにかく現地にと平日の10時ごろ到着。 お店は発見できたものの開いてない。 ダメ元でお店に書いてある番号に電話したらご主人らしき人が出てくれ、韓国語が全く分からないながらも何となく大丈夫そうだと待っていたらご本人登場笑 11時の開店後に美味しくいただきました。 ホットクはハチミツ味 ナッツ入り シナモン風味 1,500won いきなり訳が分からない電話をしてスミマセンでした。ホットクマニアよ永遠に！

Hotteok mania stopped by on the way to this neighborhood after stopping by the model katsu. The store was a stall type, but since the building was being demolished in front of the store, water was constantly being sprayed, but the dust blew away, so I was reluctant, but I didn't know when it would come back, so I decided to just eat and go. The benevolent-looking boss grilled hotteok in clean oil, and a woman who seemed to be his daughter was in charge of the billing and packing. I beg you to put it in a paper cup that was just baked in a pan and hand it over. It's not that the paper cup is cut properly with scissors so that the hotteok fits well, so it's not that the hotteok is somewhat less folded. Hotteok is a bit larger than common hotteok and looks thicker, but when I bite into it while blowing on the roof of my mouth, the bread dough is slightly crispy on the outside, not chewy, but it feels like hotteok dough before cooking to make hotteok. It felt like it was soft and slightly runny, so it felt unfamiliar, so it was less good, and the hotteok filling inside had a moderate cinnamon scent and was okay, but it was a little sweeter than I wanted, but it was a common feeling, so I didn't feel special. Overall, the texture of the bread felt a bit undercooked, and the softness felt unfamiliar, and the honey filling was a bit sweeter, but it didn't feel special. It can be good if you like persimmon, and it's okay to support the boss..
