It seems like the owner of Tiger Dining is a fan of mentaiko [pollock roe] the same as yours truly. Two out the signature dish use mentaiko as the primary ingredient; oil mentaiko pasta and potato pancake with mentaiko. I tried the pasta as well as egg drop soup with mentaiko. Very nice especially the pasta. Will return to try to pancake. The shop is run by one person who basically handles cashier, cleaning, waiting and cooking. However since he kept the dish consistent, the turnaround was surprisingly a lot faster than I anticipated. Price wise also quite reasonable with the mentaiko pasta only 12,000 won.
