Affordable old Korean style Donkatsu restaurant at the building right in front of the Oakwood Yeouido Park Hotel. If you can get past the sketchy elevator and hallway to the basement floor, you should be fine. The service was friendly like a neighborhood auntie. The food was perfectly portioned. The radish kimchi was so good! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
