Hong Cheol Book Bread(Hongcheol Chaek Bbang) was often appeared on Korean variety TV shows starring Ro, Hongchul. So, I've always wanted to visit here and finally got the chance to visit. Although I couldn't meet Ro, Hongchul in person, I felt like I was with him the whole time I was here, looking at the murals of the bakery, his statue inside the bakery, and various props and photos. lol The potato soup I ordered at the recommendation of the staff had potato soup in a Pain de Campagne Bowl(French Sourdough). The combination of potato soup and pain de campagne was sooo good, and I’d say it is the best food to eat for brunch on a cold winter day. I visited alone and was so full that I couldn't try other bread. But next time I visit, I want to try other bread, and I hope I can meet Ro, Hongchul in person as well. Highly Recommended!
