The chocolate bubble waffle I had at Sweet Hong Kong Café was really tasty, especially with the whipped cream on top. The waffle itself was warm, crispy on the outside, and soft inside – a perfect balance. However, I wouldn’t say it’s the best bubble waffle you can find in Seoul, but still, it’s definetly worth trying if you're nearby.
