음식 맛은 무난한 편이며, 간도 적당해서 전체적으로 나쁘지 않게 느껴졌습니다. 다만, 특별히 줄 서서 먹을 정도로 인상적인 맛은 아니었습니다. 좌석이 매우 부족해 긴 대기 시간이 발생하는 점도 아쉬웠습니다. 조리 환경과 위생 상태에는 다소 문제가 있어 보였습니다. 직원들이 맨손으로 식사하거나 슬리퍼를 착용한 채 조리하는 모습이 보였고, 마스크나 모자도 착용하지 않았습니다. 일부 직원은 조리 중 음식 위에서 기침을 하기도 했습니다. 매장은 주인 아들과 그의 친구들로 보이는 이들이 운영하고 있으며, 현재 운영 방식이나 서비스 품질을 볼 때 개선 가능성은 낮아 보입니다. 향후에는 배달 전문 형태로 전환될 가능성도 있어 보입니다. 서비스에 대한 이해도도 부족하다는 인상을 받았습니다. 예를 들어, 밥과 탕이 함께 제공되지 않고, 밥을 먼저 가져다준 후 10분가량 지나서야 탕이 서빙되며, 공기밥 서빙 시 개인별로 나눠주는 대신 뜨거운공기를 쌓아 올려놓아 손님이 직접 밥을 분배해야하는 방식도 불편했습니다. 재방문의사 없음. The food was fairly average in taste, with well-balanced seasoning, so overall it wasn’t bad. However, it wasn’t impressive enough to warrant lining up to eat. The limited seating also resulted in long wait times, which was disappointing. There appeared to be some issues with the hygiene and food preparation environment. Staff were seen eating with their bare hands, cooking while wearing slippers, and not wearing masks or hair coverings. Some even coughed over the food during preparation, raising serious hygiene concerns. The restaurant seems to be run by the owner’s son and his friends, and based on the current operations and quality of service, the potential for improvement appears low. It seems likely that the business may eventually transition into a delivery-only establishment. The level of service also suggested a lack of basic understanding of customer experience. For example, rice and soup were not served together—rice was brought out first, and the soup followed about 10 minutes later. Additionally, instead of serving rice individually, multiple bowls were stacked and placed on the table, requiring customers to serve themselves, which was quite inconvenient. Based on this overall experience, I do not intend to revisit.
