This is one of the very few places in South Korea where one can buy healthy, whole grain and properly made bread. I found the owner through Airbnb and he showed me his bakery where we have spend a whole day together baking bread. The owner really understands how to make bread in the traditional and healthy way. The breads are made with Korean flour, sourdough, lots of love and time and everything is done by had (even the kneading). From start to end, the bread takes almost 24 hour to make. By using sourdough and patience, phytic acid, a not so-healthy compound found in supermarket-bread, is broken down. Thereby the bread in this bakery is much healthier!
