Chinese hot pot. Comes with 2 broths, one male, and one clear. Yes, you do eat the broth. Whoever told me Chinese people don’t eat the broth is wrong, apparently. According to the owner/server, they used to back in the day, but nowadays, or at least their broth is made to be eaten along with the meats. Lamb meat was good for those of us already used to it. Mom didn’t like it, but she’s never had this kind of food before. Five of us were there for lunch, and they treated us with a free 궈보러우, which was really good! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Nope
