I’ve tried gopchang in Vietnam, but it just couldn’t compare — the flavor was lighter and not fatty enough. Here, the gopchang is perfectly fatty and juicy, with that smoky aroma from the grill and a crispy outside that makes every bite irresistible. It’s rich, satisfying, and full of flavor. If you want to experience real gopchang, this is the place I’d highly recommend Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000
