Staff spoke mandarin, was fairly courteous. However the bbq was not nice and the seafood pancake was very soggy. The black pork bbq restaurant next door was a lot tastier and staff was friendlier.

Considering the location, it is OK with the menu is expensive. Still, it is at the basement, too pricy to get satisfying amount of dishes.
