It’s been a long time since I last had fresh local beef hot pot, so today I tried a new place. The hot pot base was very rich, with plenty of whole and natural ingredients, which made the meal really satisfying. Unfortunately, the broth lacked the natural sweetness I was expecting. The beef was tender, but a bit too chewy and sinewy for my taste—it felt like the meat preparation wasn’t very refined. That said, the staff were warm and attentive, with excellent service and a pleasant environment. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $1,000–1,200
