The girl manning the place was poorly trained. It was Dec 19 4.35pm. She served me coffee in a paper cup and told me that is the norm. I sat down for coffee and saw porcelain cups at the counter. Her friend came, they chit chatted and she served her friend coffee in a porcelain cup with a cookie. When I asked her why her friend gets a porcelain cup, she said is for dine in. I told her that I am seated and having coffee at her store. She then said I should have told her that it is not for take away. I said it should be the barista asking if we want to take away or dine in and not for her to assume. In the end, I realized that she was just making excuses after excuses out of sheer laziness. I saw a mountain of porcelain cups and glasses in the sink all unwashed.
