Pleasant enough trip to Rooftop. Its not really a bar for non residents, as it primarily supports the swimming pool and sunbathing areas of the hotel. However, food drinks and service were all excellent. Unusual vista as the buildings tower around you - this rooftop is on the 6th floor. Its quite pricey too - with cocktails from $25++ each. Price per person: SGD 100+ Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

A poor place. All seats are wet, disgusting. For a pool party maybe nice, for this hotel range, is a shame... Go elsewhere. Staff not even did the proper reservation made....

Drinks are so expensive in Singapore! But for your SGD$30 you get a veritable bucket of champagne at the 1927 rooftop bar at The Telegraph Hotel. Not the best views in Singapore but it's set for some serious parties up here. With only a few tables and a small infinity pool I could imagine some big nights could be had. It was empty on a Thursday afternoon, which was exactly what we needed at the time
