香港でリーズナブルでとても流行っている飲茶店と言う事でお邪魔しました。午後1時過ぎに行くと最後の一席に案内されました。机にあるQRコードにて注文を行います。私が選んだのは、馬友肉餅飯、38香港ドル、米香白腸粉、18香港ドル、山竹牛肉球、1粒、9香港ドル、黒糖馬拉糕、18香港ドルの合計83香港ドル。値段も手頃でとても美味しいです。1粒から注文可能なので一人飲茶には便利で品数を増やせます。しかしこのお店は、最初、白湯が出てきて、お茶の選択肢が無かった。飲茶といえばお茶なので、願わくば、お茶の選択肢があれば良いかなと思った。でも新しい香港の飲茶文化なのかもしれない。. We came to Dim Sum Basket looking for an authentic Hong Kong dim sum experience, and it definitely met our expectations. As relative rookies when it comes to Chinese cuisine, we appreciated how welcoming the staff was. Our waitress spoke excellent English, patiently answered our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable ordering dishes we weren't familiar with. Most of the diners appeared to be local or Asian, with relatively few Western tourists, but there is an English menu and ordering is straightforward. You order by scanning a QR code and selecting dishes from your phone, and everything comes out fresh as it's prepared. We ordered the peppered beef ribs, shrimp dumplings, steamed rice, and a chicken dish, and every item was delicious. Despite having traveled to China several times over the past decade, I'm far from an expert on Chinese food, but this felt like a genuine local experience without being intimidating. If you're visiting Hong Kong and want to try authentic dim sum with friendly service, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
