I recently visited this Korean restaurant for a take‑away order, and unfortunately the customer service left much to be desired. The staff member at the cashier was on the phone the entire time, showing little attention to customers. Her attitude came across as rude and dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable. Even more concerning, my order was ready and sitting on the counter, but she didn’t notice because she was still on the phone. I had to point it out myself before finally receiving my food. The food itself was fine, but service is a critical part of the dining experience. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue and trains staff to be more attentive, courteous, and professional. With better customer care, this restaurant could truly shine. Vegetarians beware that their black bean sauce dishes have beef (even though they don’t list it as an ingredient)! Super disappointing. The rest of the food and sides are good though. It’s a good food court option. Meal type: Lunch Vegetarian options: Ask to confirm if they are vegetarian. There’s meat that seems to sneak in.
