Foodcourt is definitely crowded — during workday meal times, but not unhygienic, by my standard. High ceiling makes lunchtime temperatures bearable

Roasted meats. Enjoyed a plate of roasted duck & roasted pork ($8) from Chan Kwong Kee. Duck meat was lean & evenly roasted. Pork was not overly fatty. Served with a dollop of stewed cabbage & chilli
