【5つ星ホテルモーニング】金額と見合ってるかどうか… 正直リピートはない シグニエルホテルに宿泊した大きな楽しみの一つでもあったシグニエルホテルの朝食。ただ、口コミの中にも賛否がかなりあったのでドキドキしていましたが、正直私もどちらかと言うとマイナスイメージの経験になりました。 まずは、種類の多さ。ビュッフェの楽しみは、様々なお食事、食材を一気に楽しめることにあるかと思います。高級ホテルのブッフェとしては品数が明らかに少なく、食材も被っていて調理法だけ違うというメニューが多く感じました。 一つ一つのクオリティをとっても、もちろん美味しいのですが感動的な美味しさまでは感じなかったです。個人的に美味しさをはかる指標として、卵焼きのクオリティで判断することが多いのですが、今回のスクランブルは特に普通の印象をいだいてしまう内容だったかと思います。ただ、空間の作り方、お食事の並べ方などの魅せ方においては勉強させていただくことが多く、非常に良い経験になったと思います。 自分で時間を見ていれば良かったのですが、ラストオーダーのお声かけがなく、気付けばお食事がなくなっていたのもサービス力として悲しく感じました。.
