Funanモールにある新しいチェーン店でチャーシューライスを食べようと思ったがどこにも書いてないのに11時からと言われ検索して入店。 飯はパサついていたがチャーシューはうまいゆで卵をトッピングしても某チェーン店よりやすい。 結果的には良かった。 今度は他のメニューも食べてみたい。. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10

High quality food. Very tender roasted meats. Environment wise, def much better than then the previous Lavender location. They don't provide soup though unless you order the noodles. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

They Don’t Play Around: Singapore’s Roast Pork Done Right! If you are in Singapore and appreciate seriously good roast meats, 88 Hong Kong Roast Meat Specialist is an absolute must-visit. I dined there today and, quite frankly, it blew me away. The roast pork, char siew, and duck rice were all exceptional—but the roast pork deserves special recognition. Perfectly blistered crackling, beautifully seasoned meat, and that ideal balance of crunch and juiciness. This is roast pork done at the highest level. No shortcuts. No compromises. These guys do not play around. The char siew was rich, tender, and caramelised exactly as it should be, while the duck rice was deeply flavoured and impeccably prepared. Every bite reinforced the same conclusion: this is craftsmanship, not casual cooking. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient. If you’re staying at Capri by Fraser China Square, it’s literally a 100-metre walk—making it dangerously easy to justify repeat visits. In a city known for outstanding food, 88 Hong Kong Roast Meat Specialist stands out. Authentic, bold, and unapologetically delicious.
