We stayed at Hyatt Place for 2 nights in room 2002 and went up to Aire Bar on the rooftop, such a great vibe! The team took really good care of us, especially June, Ang, and Black, they were all super friendly and attentive. And we can’t not mention Ton, his service was amazing. I really loved how he remembered my friend from a previous visit and even knew what they like to drink, that personal touch made everything feel extra special. We had such a good time and would definitely come back again! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
